We designed a clear, touch-friendly interface for the BreathID Hp Lab that simplifies lab workflows, streamlines sample tracking, and ensures fast, error-free operation for clinical staff.

Key Objective
The top priority was to design an interface that minimizes human error and guides lab technicians through each step of the H. pylori testing process with clarity and precision.
This interface is a textbook example of clear, calm, and confident UX design under pressure.
Despite displaying a system error—a high-stress moment in any clinical setting—the screen communicates with precision and empathy. The bold barcode icon visually anchors the user’s next step, while the message is short, readable, and non-threatening. Instead of burying technical jargon, the system provides an error code with context and a prominent, single call to action: “System Check.”
The navigation at the bottom is clean and icon-driven, reinforcing focus on the task without distraction. Even small details like the soft red alert indicator are well-balanced: visible, but not alarming.
This is smart UX built for real people under real constraints—making even problems feel manageable.
