Track Lease Textile Leasing SaaS
TrackLease is a game-changer in textile leasing, offering a fully cloud-based ERP that connects millions of garment wearers with leasing companies in real time. It features a robust mobile app for wearers that enables on-the-go requests, delivery tracking, and instant communication with service teams. The platform’s RFID-driven soil-count functionality at customer sites automates soiling and pickup schedules, dramatically reducing manual errors and operational costs. TrackLease also introduces a new revenue pipeline—enabling upsells of premium services and subscription add-ons—so leasing companies can unlock untapped profitability. With advanced analytics, customizable reporting, and seamless integration into existing supply-chain systems, TrackLease delivers unparalleled visibility and control over every stage of the rental lifecycle, from inventory management and maintenance to billing and customer engagement.
We conducted user research to map key workflows and then iteratively prototyped and tested the RFID-driven mobile and cloud ERP interfaces to deliver a seamless garment leasing experience.

Key Objective
The goal was to enable frictionless, real‐time garment lifecycle management by connecting wearers and leasing operations through intuitive cloud and mobile interfaces.
Take a pick at the screen above. This isn’t a static table at all but the live scanning interface where users add new garments in a snap. The left-hand menu keeps your pick-and-scan workflows front and center, while the main canvas turns every SKU into a scannable tile—complete with icons, color codes, and quantity badges. At the top, dual dropdowns let you switch instantly between RFID, barcode, or QR scanning modes. Each time you scan an item, it pulses onto the list below in real time, and the “New SKU” button transforms into quick-access shortcuts for manual entry or bulk upload. It’s a high-speed, scan-first UX designed so techs can breeze through pickups and returns without missing a beat—every tap and trigger feels precise, responsive, and optimized for minimum fuss on the shop floor.
